If your mug arrives damaged, you will immediately receive a free replacement.
Please report the damage within 3 days of receiving the mug to info@jimbeels.store and provide your order number and name. Please include a photo where the damage is clearly visible. We will then arrange for the same mug to be sent to you again.
Should you prefer a refund instead, we will arrange it immediately.
You do not need to return the damaged mug to us under any circumstances.
