You've found your favorite mug, but it was damaged in transit? Don't worry, at Jimbeels, you have our Anti-Breakage Guarantee. 

This means:
If your mug arrives damaged, you will immediately receive a free replacement.

Please report the damage within 3 days of receiving the mug to info@jimbeels.store, stating your order number and your name. Please include a photo where the damage is clearly visible. We will then arrange for the same mug to be sent to you again.

Should you prefer a refund instead, we will arrange this immediately.

You do not need to return the damaged mug to us in any case.
